Realm, a Helsinki-based startup, has raised €3.8 million in a Seed funding round to accelerate enterprise sales processes using AI agents. The company focuses on creating structured insights about a company’s go-to-market strategies and converting them into actionable execution plans. Frontline Ventures led the round, with additional participation from HubSpot Ventures, Cal Henderson, co-founder of Slack, and Alex Bouaziz, co-founder of Deel.
The funding will help Realm expand its product development and scale operations as it prepares to triple its team size by the end of the year. The startup’s AI-driven platform aims to shorten sales cycles by automating routine tasks and providing real-time guidance to sales teams. Realm’s approach involves analyzing customer interactions, market trends, and internal data to generate precise recommendations.
Cal Henderson emphasized the importance of improving sales efficiency. He stated that AI agents can significantly reduce the time sales teams spend on repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on high-value activities. Realm’s platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRM and sales tools, making adoption easier for enterprises.
Founded in 2023, Realm has already attracted early customers in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The company plans to use the new funding to enter larger European markets and strengthen its technical team. With the global AI market growing rapidly, Realm positions itself as a key player in transforming how enterprises approach sales automation.
