The AI-powered design platform Picsart has launched a new program that lets creators earn money from their work. Participants must produce original content using Picsart’s tools for a specific campaign. They then share this content on their social media channels. Revenue is generated based on audience engagement metrics such as likes, shares, and comments.
The program targets creators who already use Picsart for editing images and videos. It expands the platform’s monetization options beyond its existing subscription and marketplace models. Picsart says the initiative aims to support independent artists while increasing its own content reach.
Creators will retain full ownership of their work. Picsart will provide analytics tools to track performance. Payments will be made monthly, with thresholds for minimum earnings before payouts begin.
The campaign runs for three months. Picsart has not disclosed how many creators have signed up so far. The company plans to evaluate the program’s success before deciding on future expansions.
This move follows similar initiatives by other design and social media platforms to attract and retain creative professionals.
