Paris-based AI startup HCompany unveiled HoloTab on April 15, a Chrome extension that turns natural language requests into automated browser actions. The tool relies on Holo3, the company’s latest computer-use AI model released March 31, to navigate websites, fill forms and make decisions as a human would.
HoloTab requires no setup or technical skills. Users describe a task in plain language, and the extension executes it inside the browser. It handles interface navigation, data entry and decision-making while running in the background. The visible result is what matters to the user.
Routines simplify repetitive work. Users can record a sequence of clicks or voice narration while HoloTab captures the steps and context. Once recorded, the routine can be replayed or scheduled, letting the AI repeat the task automatically. Common uses include cross-referencing prices across 20 e-commerce sites or compiling job listings into a tracking document.
HCompany positions HoloTab as an accessible tool for non-technical users. The company states that computer-use AI will reshape work and research, but access should not depend on programming knowledge. HoloTab is free and available now on the Chrome Web Store.
HCompany was founded by Marc Thibault, Pierre-Louis Cedoz, Hamza Benchekroun, Kai Yuan, Aurélien Lac, Tony Wu and Antonio Loison. The team released Holo3 in late March, positioning it as their most advanced computer-use model to date.
