A Spanish artificial intelligence startup specializing in customer service automation has secured €1.3 million in Seed funding. GuruSup, based in Valencia, develops a SaaS platform that uses AI agents to handle customer inquiries and automate business processes. The round was finalized last month, according to company filings. The funds will support commercial expansion and team growth. GuruSup aims to double its current workforce within the next two years. It also targets a fivefold increase in monthly recurring revenue, targeting an annual recurring revenue of €1.5 million by 2026. The company currently employs around 20 people. GuruSup’s platform integrates with existing customer service systems to reduce response times and operational costs. Its AI agents handle routine queries, freeing human agents for complex issues. The company serves clients in Spain and Latin America, including e-commerce and logistics firms. The Seed round was led by K Fund, a Spanish venture capital firm. Additional investors include BStartup and Business Angels Network. The funding comes amid rising demand for AI-driven customer service tools in Europe. GuruSup was founded in 2022 by Carlos Martínez and Laura Ruiz, both former customer service executives. The company now plans to expand into new markets in Europe and the U.S. over the next 18 months. Source: eu-startups.com
