Hightouch CEO Tejas Manohar announced the company has reached $100 million in annual recurring revenue just 20 months after launching its AI-powered marketing agent platform. The growth marks a $70 million increase since the platform debuted in mid-2024.
Manohar stated the surge stems from demand for tools that automate customer outreach. The platform integrates with existing marketing stacks to generate personalized campaigns at scale. Early adopters include fintech firms and e-commerce brands that rely on precise targeting.
The company’s self-service model allows marketers to deploy campaigns without engineering support. Manohar highlighted a 300% increase in customer sign-ups over the past year. Competitors in the AI marketing space include Segment and Iterable, but Hightouch differentiates itself with real-time data activation.
Hightouch raised $60 million in Series C funding last year. Investors include Sequoia Capital and Altimeter Capital. The fresh capital accelerates product development and expands sales teams across Europe and Asia.
Manohar emphasized the platform’s ability to reduce manual workflows. He cited a case where a client cut campaign setup time from days to hours. The company now serves over 500 customers globally.
