Redpill Linpro Norway reported revenue of 205 million kroner last year, driven by projects in artificial intelligence and digital sovereignty. The Oslo-based company now plans to integrate AI agents directly into workflows alongside human employees.
The initiative follows industry-wide shifts where businesses move beyond pilot projects to full deployment of AI tools. Redpill Linpro’s leadership says the goal is to automate routine tasks while keeping critical decisions in human hands. Earlier this month, the company signed contracts worth 45 million kroner that include AI components in public sector systems.
Digital sovereignty has become a priority for Norwegian companies working with government data. Redpill Linpro highlights that its AI systems run on Norwegian servers with data processed under local privacy laws. The company employs 180 people across offices in Oslo, Bergen, and Trondheim.
Integration of AI agents will start with customer support and internal IT operations. Redpill Linpro’s CTO said the first phase will focus on Norwegian-language tasks, avoiding translation delays. The company expects to reduce response times by 30% in areas like technical troubleshooting.
Redpill Linpro operates under parent company Redpill Group, which also owns Linpro AS in Sweden. The group’s combined revenue reached 700 million kroner in 2023, with AI and cloud services making up 40% of income.
