Marketing teams can now publish content up to 90% faster after a new agentic AI solution went live. The system was built by AWS Marketing’s Technology, AI, and Analytics team working with Gradial. It runs on Amazon Bedrock and automates key steps in the publishing workflow.
Publishing marketing content often takes hours of manual work. Editors review drafts, adjust images, and format posts for different platforms. The new AI system handles these tasks automatically. It checks content quality, resizes images, and formats posts for social media, email newsletters, and websites.
The solution uses large language models to understand instructions. It follows style guides, brand rules, and legal requirements. Early tests showed it reduced publishing time from several hours to less than ten minutes for some workflows. The team measured performance across 500 publishing tasks.
Gradial provided the integration layer connecting AWS services to marketing tools. AWS handled the AI infrastructure and model training. Both teams worked over six months to refine the system. The result is a tool marketers can use without deep technical knowledge.
AWS says the solution is now live for its marketing teams worldwide. It plans to expand access to external partners later this year.
